For a few weeks it may look like the package is sitting still in Poland or Germany, but it's just the waybill waiting for the package to arrive so UPS can take over the shipping! This is the normal shipping method for factory made orders shipped from China.

Normal shipping time from factory to you is 3-5 weeks. Unfortunately, delays can occur, especially now with unrest in the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Therefore, some deliveries can sometimes take another 1-2 weeks.

But don't worry! All orders arrive in the end, and should a doll presumably disappear along the way, a replacement doll is of course manufactured and sent out.

If we ship a doll to you from our warehouse in Borlänge it can arrive within 1-2 days; for other orders it becomes more difficult as it is not possible to predict what will happen during the course of the shipment.
But usually it is good to contact the shipping company when the package is on its way to agree on a more specific delivery day that suits better!

It is fine to pay with VISA, Mastercard and American Express via Stripe's payment switch thatDocklandet.se uses for card payments.

It is also possible to pay with Klarna's payment solutions "Pay later" or "Split up".

We have some dolls that were damaged during delivery or were defective that we sell at a lower price. It also happens that we receive returns that are in completely new condition that we sell out. If you need one or more dolls for, for example, an event or a photo shoot, you can buy them for a reasonable price.

Of course, it is fine to pick up the order from us instead of having it delivered! Note this in a message when you place the order, or call/email us beforehand and we will order the package to us instead.

It is very rare that mistakes doll is sent out. Carefully examine the doll before use. If something is not right, photograph it and contact us. If the package is damaged during delivery, you first contact the shipping agent who delivered the package. Errors are rare, but should this occur, you have the right to a return or compensation. Some of our dolls have mouths and sometimes even vaginas sealed from the factory. This "membrane" that sits a bit inside can easily be punched with a finger or the like. There will be no marks after this.

Some dolls come with an extra screw for the neck. A so-called "click-connector". This is for being able to quickly put the head on and off the doll and is usually used for displaying dolls and different heads, it is not intended to be used during physical activity. The head does not hold very well with this screw. The screw used as standard for sex dolls is threaded all the way through and is always included with the dolls.

If your sex doll breaks or is unusable due to a hidden factory defect (which you can prove) you are entitled to compensation or to have a new copy sent to you.

During delivery, Docklandet is responsible for the shipment and if any problem should arise, we will take care of it. For example. If your package goes missing, we will send a new one. However, it is rare for problems to occur during delivery.

Specially modified dolls usually mean that we learn to order directly from the factory, the production time for these is between 1-4 weeks depending on whether the doll is made in TPE or silicone. The delivery time is between 3 and 5 weeks approximately.
